ORIGIN • DO EMPORDÀ •
The population of Capmany, megalithic zone par excellence, gives its name to this wine and places us at the foot of the Empordanese Albera: Dolmens, Menhirs and Infosculptures are part of the heritage of the “Primate” who populated these lands touched by the Tramontana.
The terrain is characteristic of the area., where sauló and granite stones predominate that are part of the landscape of these vineyards.
VARIETIES
Grenache, Samsó and Cabernet Sauvignon.
PREPARATION AND AGEING
The small productivity of our land helps us obtain ripe and concentrated grapes. Macerations accompanied by specific pumping over, depending on variety, They are aimed at giving prominence to the fruit.
TASTING NOTE
Attractive cherry color with violet tones, jewel of youth.
In the mouth we discover the prominence of ripe red fruit, showing silky, elegant and with its own Empordà character.
SERVICE
Ideal to accompany meats, stews, sausages, arrows, snails, cured cheeses and all types of Mediterranean cuisine.
Optimum service temperature between 15°C – 17°C.
